Your design should be created at 28cm x 28cm.

Choose your preferred box size and place your order through this listing.

5. UPLOAD YOUR DESIGN
You can upload you design as you place your order.

6. WE DO THE REST!
We’ll professionally print your artwork directly onto the lid of your box and create your unique personalised keepsake.

Your artwork will NOT print right to the edge of the box.

A white border will remain around your design. This is because our printing equipment cannot print completely to the edge of the box.

This means your finished box will have a clean white border surrounding your artwork.

📌 Your design should be supplied as a PNG file at 28cm x 28cm.

For the best results, please make sure your artwork is high resolution and that all important text and images are kept away from the edges of your artwork.

* Please check spelling, names and dates carefully before uploading.
* Your design must be supplied as a PNG.
* Designs can be created in Canva, AI or your preferred design software.
* We cannot be responsible for spelling mistakes or incorrect information contained within artwork supplied by the customer.

I try to provide the best customer experience possible for all my customers and believe that starts with setting customer’s expectations. I really appreciate every order that comes through my shop, every order is custom made and personalised and this can take time. 
So before ordering please check you are happy with the current turnaround time on this listing.  

DELIVERY 
Please make sure your shipping details are correct and complete. Shipping details are automatically generated from the details you have entered, they are not entered manually, this means any missing door numbers or incomplete address will not be picked up and we can not be held responsible for any parcels that are lost or returned due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information. 

All items are posted using royal mail 2nd class post. If you wish to upgrade your postage there are options at the checkout for Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 delivery. Please note standard post is not fully tracked and only provides proof of delivery the tracking info will only update when delivery has been made or attempted. 
 
In line with royal mail policies deliveries are only class as "lost" after 14 working days from shipping. I unfortunately can not be held responsible for any delays by the postal service.
